I’m a fan of the After Skool videos, but this one I thought was a little alarmist.
@Jeroen but one does not have to look far to see cause for concern...
There is a lot of misinformation being spread by Western politicians about what is happening in Gaza. Information designed to confuse the viewer and listener. Journalists and interviewers are often reprimanded by the company they work for if they ask challenging questions, which makes politicians squirm because they don't have an answer.
Additionally, there are the outright lies and a denial or dismissal of factual evidence presented to them. Furthermore, politicians often avoid giving a simple yes or no answer to questions, more often than not sidestepping the issues. Then deliberately make nonsensical statements, creating confusion for many listeners and viewers, the aim of this is to leave the viewer and listener in a state of confusion,..
When an interviewer has just been told an obvious porky (lie) by a politician, I would love for the interviewer to say to the politician on camera..."You've got something running down your chin!" and when the politician asks "What is it?", the interviewer says " Bullshit" ....Now that would really make my day ....

This post was not funny
Christ! It was hilarious!
leave the "crazy wisdom" to those more karmically advanced.
There's no crazy wisdom involved, here. Crazy? Certainly. Wisdom? Not so much.

@IdleChater I think you’re exaggerating, considering what’s actually been said… use common sense, what’s written here doesn’t come close to ‘medical advice’, and there’s no need to come down hard on people for an imagined infraction of your local laws.
Look at it this way:
Someone here suggests a course of action to a person suffering from dementia, that includes "letting go". Let's say that person starts trying to "let go" and in so doing, without proper and considered mentoring / care, causes even more psychological problems. Ask your Dutch lawyer how the Dutch courts would deal with such a thing. I don't think you'd get off all that easy.

@lobster Your verbal drivel is akin to a mind ensnared in the cycle of samsara, endlessly trapped in the delusion of its own significance. Like a discordant mantra, your words resonate with the cacophony of ignorance, disrupting the serenity of enlightened contemplation. May the lotus of wisdom blossom within you, washing away the debris of your misguided musings, for your utterances linger as stagnant pools in the vast river of profound understanding

This post was not funny and not a good idea. Just to clarify, I thought @lobster was telling us to play around with being "negative" so I told ChatGPT to say "This is bullshit!" and for it to sound Buddhist and insulting. I then c/p it here.
I stick to my positive way of speech (at least try) and practising assertiveness where necessary/helpful and leave the "crazy wisdom" to those more karmically advanced.
