I have been tantrumming today!
It is a day of rest in England. Tomorrow will have to be extra aware of demons. I really like the image provided by the OP.
My major demon and the recipient of my tantrums is usually computers. Are they devilicious or what!
… think i will chant quietly in the naughty corner for a while … 🤭

Ever give yourself permission to throw a tantrum? Sometimes I do that and then I mindfully(usually) beat my chest and huff and puff and say things like "I knowww I knowww I knowwwwwww" until eventually I pass by a mirror or have expelled enough out of the system and just burst into laughter at the silliness. It's really one of the greatest things. And might count as exercise. Would it count as feeding my demons?https://www.lionsroar.com/how-to-practice-feeding-your-demons/
I delivered someones bad karma today. They caught me off guard and we shared a look. Mine was of surprise and pity, or maybe embarrassment. I felt bad because I judged them in that moment based on society's standards and not on what matters. And they saw. They wore my look with confidence and dignity. I'm grateful for that small consolation. Maybe it was them who delivered mine.
Is the tantrum when alone or in the presence of others?
Bunks
- Go to bed on time
✔️ 1 AM or PM … time is relative
- Wake up early
✅ I hope I WINS THIS ONE is 3:49 but not everywhere 🤓
- Exercise regularly
Brain, freedom and body (full marks on that one)
- Moderation in eating
3 meals a day x - I am glutton - FAIL
- Keep clean and tidy
Keep it where? Had hair cut and wore minimum clothes yesterday. I am on a winning streak ✅
- Meditate every day
Just finished that. I am practically nun material? 🏳️⚧️

Not too sure about the question.
There's nothing I can see in the OP where your father's relationships are somehow dishonest.
Some things are never discussed. I was involved in a cult-ish Christian group in my youth, and while I never made it a big secret, I almost never spoke about it, and my friends, out of respect, I suppose, never pushed it. Nothing dishonest.
I'm not sure who Osho figures into it. However, I can see how "negative coverage" might create some tension in a friendship. One of Osho's lieutenants, Ma Anand Sheela, convicted for plotting a bio-terror attack, might turn off a few people.
Where can I find buddhist dharma?
Look within...(I couldn't resist it

Sometimes, I think death might be nothing more than the ego finally arriving at the folly of its own storyline.
It's a solid thought. Experience born from ignorance compelled to do something? Ultimately compelled to do death?

I won't be reincarnating as a Buddha or anything more than a speck of dust or glimmer of hope.
Specks of dust are quite beautiful floating in a ray of sunlight
Strained my ankle a few days ago then injured it more thinking it was better and continuing to use it. Probably three more days before I test it out more fully. I know exactly when it happened too. An overzealous ankle roll while on a stroll. Overzealous, that's a good word. Always preceding an injury if you're me.
Did push ups, sit ups, eating pretty healthy. Cleaned some spiderwebs off the outside wall. I want to add more but not sure what and also facing some hesitation I need to investigate.

Good luck you two. I'm still in the observation phase..
That made me laugh @FleaMarket ...
I wasn't sure if I should give a smiley LOL or a hug for that one ...I haven't seen the show but from your description it sounds like a funny show....

Your link seems to be dead
Fortunately I am here to gibber about being dead or approaching it …

Understand, everyone is born and eventually dies. But not everyone lives.
I leave you to consider what constitutes living.Peace to all
Death is my favourite thing after life.
I won't be reincarnating as a Buddha or anything more than a speck of dust or glimmer of hope.
