(3) A gazebo in West Monroe, Louisiana (2011 I think?).
Some of my efforts this year. These were taken near a landfill site
that is being turned into a wildlife area . . . which is wonderful . . .
I like to use filters after taking pics on an iPod touch, which I now prefer to a full camera.
The first two pics, kids had sprayed some plants silver. I liked the effect . . . and accentuated the silver . . .
Filters now turn pics into 'sketch like' images . . .
see who stopped by and said hello to me....
Here's some portrait
See if you can spot the Buddhist nun!!
Either a giant Grasshopper (or the invasion has started) or maybe a great lens. What are you using?
I love grasshoppers. So delicious (oops ignore that comment)
That has inspired me to find the focal length of the 5MP lens of the Ipod.
How incredible.
Guys get out your smartphones . . . must be time for 'mindful observation' . . .
Just click on attach a file . . .
This one really brings some of J.M.W. Turner's paintings to my mind:
I only ever take photo's of my kids these days! I won't bore you with those.
Is it a bird?

My buddha bust and candles.
Swirling clouds from a beautiful storm.

couple of filters added, no cropping . . . same pic . . .
See the people?
My daughter is obsessed (and I mean OBSESSED!!) with fairies to the point that she thinks she is one.........
Marketers (being the smart people they are) have latched on to this and created places like this.
She is the girl up the back with the yellow dress on.
Here is a 'bee viola' for your fairy. Only a real fairy know wether to pick or look after flowers . . .
