Well it has been a long day and that was yesterday ...

Today in Heaven, Hell and the Present Middle Way I hope to:
- Improve
- Improvise
- Muddle through the Middle Way
- Believe Nothing is worth opposing but supporting
- To be decided (on advisement)
What is your ungiven advice?

Today like any other day... is nothing special ...go with the flow ...as the day unfolds ...
If you are depressed or angry, you are living in the past.
If you are anxious, you are living in the future.
If you are at peace, you are living in the present.
Relax, and let go.
Make no effort.
Be at peace.
Thanks galettes and boyz,
am on it ...
Today I hope to...
... do what is right, even when difficult.
... avoid doing what is wrong, even when easy.
Also, continue learning to accept difficult emotions & thoughts and carrying on with wholesome activities.
Today... I have reverted back to not following the local political news. The elections have turned ugly and there will be two more this year. For a few days, I got obsessive about following the news, but enough is enough, I do not want to ingest all of that bullshit&conflict. 'Guarding the sense gates' is what comes to mind.
Today is Thursday. Nothing more to say, other than I loved this post and all the great contributions above ❤️
Today I may have provided this podcast on my morning (not sure)

... whilst we wait for the spiritual awakening that is already here ... here is a short lobster rant on using your existing gadgets and devices as shrines and to help Dharma unfolding ...

In other good news I assume ...
and also my assumptions as a podcast with AI generated text
"The speaker gives examples of historical figures like Newton and Galileo who faced opposition from religious institutions when presenting their scientific findings. The speaker also talks about how some people in religion and spirituality can have rigid beliefs, but that change and adaptation are important."

Did a podcast on Dzogchen and going beyond deity in Tantra (just over 5 minutes)
