There are many important things - I don't even know what a lot of them are. As for personal priorities, they have narrowed considerably of late.
Staying mindful and acting accordingly so far as that is possible - this is most important and actually includes many of my past and future priorities.
Assisting my wife, who is more impaired than I am.
Taking care of the dog (ancient but in good health)
Except for N1, in no particular order....
1. Exercise. It's my best medicine.
2. Accepting/allowing all symptoms of anxiety and refocusing on thinking/doing something productive.
3. Working on my newly established small business daily.
4. Morning routine and helpful/positive routines in general.
5. Multimedia (including books) that enoble the soul.
6. People that are more advanced in a discipline I value, including being more spiritualy mature.
7. Honest, supporting, courageous talks with friends.
8. Trying to be actualy-factualy helpful and kind as much as possible.
9. Being in nature.
10. Retreating from unhelpful behaviors/habits and adopting helpful ones.
11. Small amazing 'noticings'. Eg. making a stranger in the shop genuinely laugh, having a poignant conversation with a homeless person, noticing something visually especially beautiful while outside...
