My contribution I guess is to do what I can. I have material needs like food, exercise, a roof over my head, etc met and spiritual and social ones I keep stretching out and that's a good sign. The world wasn't what I expected
. I reckon I could play sad music from my youth but it only makes me cry

“I found that the chief difficulty for most people was to realize that they had really heard ‘new things’: that is, things that they had never heard before. They kept translating what they heard into their habitual language. They had ceased to hope and believe there might be anything new.”

Work off bad karma, try not to generate new bad karma, continuous re-dedication.
My offering is continual effort toward uncovering, disenchanting, and renouncing the wrong views which lead to attachments and grasping.
My practice is in prudently letting them go as awareness of grasping arises.
Maybe with enough practice I will see what this being's contribution to others will be. It's clearly not art or making deep social bonds.

2. Tonglen (Taking suffering and Giving compassion)
Ah ha! The hard stuff eh …
I modified the tonglen for my Western/non-Bon/heretical sensibilities. I found my application more appropriate to my aversion to dukkha
Not everyone is suited to Tonglen eg masochists, depressives, buddhist vampires

I suppose the wonder and power of feeling a great insight into practice can cause someone to think bad ideas are good ideas. Dare I say that it happens to all of us?

I've heard of meditation in part helping to experience samadhi absorptions in meditation. But now I don't think any Samadhi lasts forever so I think maybe I will have some Sama "don't" and this is not a feeling of absorption but likewise not having a good concentrated feeling is itself not a score card saying to fuss up experience again to get out of that Sama "don't" that seems to blanket the minds play.
Post meditation we feel a charge or not and what to do with it then? Trungpa in the lojong training the mind said to be a child of illusion post meditation, but I tend to be a more cautious child than many.

I love the English country side! Having grown up in an environment that’s generally more brown than green, it’s such a refreshing change
