I am seeing that the fear inside is that I exist in a situation that doesn’t make any sense to me.

… And it has to make sense because … ?

This scares me and I start to panic and think I’m in a simulation, or panic around the fact that I’m existing without knowing how or having an understanding of reality in absolute terms.
