Drones removing trash from Everest sounds very useful. Sherpas being operators is very nice. If drones will be able to remove trash, they will also be able to fly in supplies, which should increase safety and lower casualties.
Sometimes a road is expanded to reduce congestion but then people just drive more there or purchase more cars. I hope it won't be like that. For instance, people could conclude that now that there are drones, they don't have to take trash down, or due to increased safety even more people could want to go up.
I'm waiting for a cable-car to be built up Everest. I'll be first in line! 😂
At this point climbing Everest is close to another tourist destination. The line to summit is like a queue for a Disneyland ride.

If hypothetically some temple ordains AI as a monk — yes, I know, but stay with me, it’s just hypothetical and would never happen in real life — and I then put any stock in what that “monk” had to say, is this what the library class would teach me to avoid so as not to get scammed ?
The pilot of a new jet plane was winging over the Catskills and pointed out a pleasant valley to his second in command. “See that spot?” he demanded. “When I was a barefoot kid, I used to sit in a flat-bottomed rowboat down there, fishing. Every time a plane flew by I would look up and dream I was piloting it. Now I look down and dream I am fishing.

Having come from a small village, Giovanni had never seen a train in his life. So one day he decided to go and see one. Standing on the rail he heard the train whistle, “Tooo-tooo!” Before he knew what hit him, the train was upon him and knocked him off the rail. The last thing he could remember was flying through the air.
When he gained consciousness, Giovanni found himself laid up in the hospital for several months. During this time his wife used their accident insurance money to buy a well-equipped, modern flat in the city.
Once fully recovered, Giovanni went to his new home. His wife made a cake to celebrate his recovery and put the new kettle on the stove to make some coffee to go with the cake. As the water boiled, the kettle whispered, “Tooo-tooo!” Startled, Giovanni jumped up, rushed to the kitchen, grabbed the new kettle and smashed it on the floor, kicking it several times.
“What the hell are you doing?” cried out his wife.
“These things!” shouted Giovanni, “You’ve got to kill them while they’re young!”

Other things that give me joy…
I could spend more time on these activities, and so gain more joy. But there is more to it than that. Meditating on these things means I consciously give my energy and attention to my joy, not to the negative things that dwell.
During that moment when I was napping I could feel my presence becoming lighter and clearer, less constrained by heaviness and blockages. My energy feels very light now.
Can’t make a Golem, @lobster. What would Rabbi Judah think!
