Theme fixes for NewBuddhist

I made several visual tweaks to the site this morning.

- Moved the breadcrumb ("where am I") trail to where redundant navigation used to be under the logo
- Brought the search box back down from the ceiling (it looked like a helium balloon...)
- Rearranged the sidebar navigation a little
- Prettied up the discussions list with rounded-corner avatars and other minor tweaks
- Added space around the page numbers for finger-poking on tablets

    Just a heads up @Lincoln...my 'who's online' list now says zero all the time,
    unless I'm in a category...then it says 1, with my pic/avatar there.

    No hurry for the peeps list...I just remember you said to let you know when
    and if anything changes. Have a good one... :)

    I still see "0" online... unless no one is online expect me, or we all have the privacy option checked off. :D
