Bodhidharma comes to mind...

1. Exercise. It's my best medicine.
2. Accepting/allowing all symptoms of anxiety and refocusing on thinking/doing something productive.
3. Working on my newly established small business daily.
4. Morning routine and helpful/positive routines in general.
5. Multimedia (including books) that enoble the soul.
6. People that are more advanced in a discipline I value, including being more spiritualy mature.
7. Honest, supporting, courageous talks with friends.

9. Being in nature.
10. Retreating from unhelpful behaviors/habits and adopting helpful ones.
11. Small amazing 'noticings'. Eg. making a stranger in the shop genuinely laugh, having a poignant conversation with a homeless person, noticing something visually especially beautiful while outside...
My scenic Jolk yesterday morning... the back of the joint property
It's quite a steep climb but worth the view.

There are many important things - I don't even know what a lot of them are. As for personal priorities, they have narrowed considerably of late.
Staying mindful and acting accordingly so far as that is possible - this is most important and actually includes many of my past and future priorities.
Assisting my wife, who is more impaired than I am.
Taking care of the dog (ancient but in good health)

I had some really good meditations this morning. I got up really early, about 2 am, and just relaxed watching the breath.
I think what was different this time was I was able to just stay with the physical body and the sensation of the breath in my nostrils, I didn’t get distracted too much and found a good rythm, not too deep, not too fast.
